"As we walked in the hotel reeked of smoke and marijuana. As we got into our room, there were only 2 towels, even though the room slept five people. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The floors were disgusting. There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. No pots and pans in the kitchenette. There were little black hairs on the sheets, as well as red and brown spots on the sheets. The garbage was piled up by the elevator because there is no trash chute. As we left at 10 AM, there was no one at the front desk to take our keys. The rolling door was still down with no one there to help us. We paid $400 for ONE night in this horrible place. We will never stay here again as this was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in."

"This is the nastiest dirtiest stinkiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in I’m checking out early because i cannot continue this. I stayed for a week and there’s no cleaning service offered. You have to damn near beg for clean linen and it comes at a fee. There’s large dogs pissing in the hallways and entrance areas. The hallways are dim and the stairways smell like an nyc alley way. When i first got here i mopped my own floors and the water was damn near black. I would have never did this to myself had I not payed up front. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in might as well be a motel."

"DISGUSTING....DIRTY...BUGS...NEVER EVER WILL WE STAY THERE AGAIN....SOMEONE TRIED TO GET INTO OUR ROOM...KIDS RUNNING AROUND AT MIDNIGHT...NO BREAKFAST....NO POOL...NO FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN......its amazing how you say the same thing to everyone...yet nothing is done...no compensation...nothing....just shows that you really don't care and continue to strive for poor customer service..."
