"I received a revised invoice for my one night stay that included a $8 charge for two bottle waters. I called back and spoke to the front desk and advised that i did not consume any water. He advised he would take the charge off as a "courtesy". However, from my point of view since I didnt drink the water removing the fee wasn't a courtesy to me it was an error on the hotel part. The customer centric response should have been we apologize for the error and will send a revised invoice. I definitely won't stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel is located midtown - a quick tip, the midtown is more bustling with activities and restaurants than the downtown. The hotel is nice with an ambient reception and dining area (Fork at Juniper) tucked away from the reception. A valet service exists in case you’re driving. The rooms are super comfortable with a work desk and chair - great for those on business. The view from my room (east-side) is not so great - it is the car park. So, I’ll recommend the west side of the hotel - you can ask when checking in. The staff were so nice and supportive. PS: The water is not free - something about it being for elite members."

"This was our third time at this hotel. The first time was perfect and the second was well, not so perfect. We ended up emailing the property after we left and and Noel Cortes reached back out. His customer service was simply outstanding. We ended up going above and beyond to be sure out next stay was perfect. We cannot thank Noel and the rest of the staff at this location for all of their help."

"Our stay was not good. The sink was clogged, the tub was clogged. There wash one piece of trash in my bed underneath the blanket. My moms blanket had ball inside of it and it was horrible uncomfortable. Also there was not trash bags in any of the trash can. I will never stay there again and I will never recommend it to anyone. After dark I left unsafe in the location. Honestly I wish I could have my money back. Horrible 0 star"

"The staff was SO friendly, especially the front desk gentleman, John. The hotel smelled AMAZING! You should sell your scent as a room spray! Easy access to public transportation and walking distance from so many great eateries and a fun comedy club! Would stay again."
