"There are some things I can get by but playing with my money is not one of them. I checked into this hotel on Wednesday 12/20 for a one night stay. I booked through Expedia so upon checking in, all I needed to have authorized on my card was $75 for incidentals. Before I swiped my card the full price of the one night stay was on the pin pad. I had already paid on Expedia so I asked the young lady why that amount was there. She “cleared it out” and it had the correct amount of $75 so I thought we were good. Checked out the next day and just so happen to check my account and an additional hold of $106 was taken from my account. Any full grown adult knows that it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days for a hold to drop off. The manager couldn’t do anything but apologize and acknowledge that someone mishandled my check in process. This doesn’t help and it’s literally the weekend before Christmas and I have travel plans and more Christmas shopping to do. It’s the next day and the funds are not in my account. I called the corporate number only for them to again tell me that there is nothing they can do other than create a case. While this is happening, the call mysteriously disconnects so now I have call back and start the compliant process again. I have stayed her a few times just to have a holiday of birthday girls night but NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"Loved our stay. The room we stayed in needs a little work but the king bed side was spacious and had a great kitchen. Love that they have a restaurant onsite. Check-in with Shaun was great. He was very helpful and kind. When we checked out, we were well taken care of by Shaun and Shay. Thank you for your kindness and help during our stay!"

"My experience at 12 Hotel Midtown (Atlantic-station) was remarkable. I have never been treated with so much love at any hotel. Everyone was so pleasant, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my 4 month stay magical! Especially Shay, the hotel supervisor!!!! She even supported my business and told multiple people about my brand. You can tell that she genuinely loves to help people, and I will never forget how kind she was to me. I will definitely come back to this location (I've stayed at the downtown location, but I could tell Shay wasn't working there). I will definitely recommend 12 Midtown to all my family and friends!!!!! The rooms are clean, service is remarkable, the food was delicious, and Shay will make your day bright!!!! The bed was like a cloud, and the bathroom? Super sleek. But what really makes this place stand out are the extras. The rooftop bar – wow! The views of the Atlanta skyline were next level, and sipping a cocktail up there was the perfect way to end the day. The gym had everything I needed, and the restaurant had some seriously tasty grub. But the cherry on top was the staff. They bent over backward to make my stay incredible. Super friendly, always helpful – it felt like they genuinely cared about making my visit special. So, to wrap it up, the 12 Midtown Autograph Collection Hotel is a total winner.
