"The hotel was great. The downfalls about this place is that, even though they do sell drinks like water and such they only accept card. The Starbuck only open from 6:30 & closes at a certain time & for the rest of the day and related. There is a gym connected to the hotel but u have to get a "pass" but u have to pay $30 per day. Other than that I got nothing to complain."

"Me & my husband had the BEST stay!! Every one we encountered from the valet guys helping us with the parking, to the front desk ladies/men, to the lobby bartender & the housekeeping, everybody was extremely nice & welcoming! We actually lost one of our room keys, & the lady at the front didn't hesitate to help us out! 10/10 would stay here again, the rooms were so cozy & clean."

"Absolutely awful experience with the front desk. I had to change my arrival from Monday to Tuesday and it literally took over 30 minutes to do so. I called the reservation number, the employee couldn’t get anyone at the hotel to assist with the reservation after being on hold for 15 minutes. He told me to call back in an hour or to call the actual front desk. I called the front desk, was put on hold for 12 minutes and then they hung up. I called back and the girl was nice and promised me I wouldn’t be on hold for 10 minutes, but I was on hold for close to it until another guy answered and said he was looking at it - can you guess? Put me on hold for another 5 minutes just to tell me that he’s transferring me to someone else. Then that person took care of it within seconds. I spoke to 4 different people just to change my arrival date. No chance will I ever stay here again for a business trip."

"Nice hotel close to the Perimeter Mall. Room was nice with a nice lake view for some rooms. The restaurant was under construction so a meeting room was made into a dining room. Not a big dinner menu and the food was room temp. The breakfast buffet was nice with made to order omelets. The service was nice and friendly for both meals."

"This place tries to overcharge you on every little thing. Need to park a car? That will be $20 a day. Need breakfast? $30 a day. Need to bring a pet? That’s $100. I would have saved money and had a better experience going to a Drury for literally hundreds less, and the experience overall would have been much better."
