"My husband and I wanted to get away for the Valentine's Day weekend after finding out I was 7 weeks pregnant. We experienced terrible customer service. The front desk employees act like you're a problem when you have a need. You also can't charge anything from the scarce and ransacked hotel convenience store room to your room, even though we put a valid credit card on file and paid for our room ahead too. There is no conditioner on the premises, and they refuse to give you an extra pillow. Being 7 weeks pregnant the first trimester heartburn is a massive problem, so propping up to sleep helps a lot. Very dated rooms. We will stick with Hilton next time. We even considered leaving early and just cutting our losses but all we had left was one more nights Smells like marijuana even though they say they have a "no smoking policy". It would have been fine if they would have atleast been kind at the front desk. We're easy going people that never leave reviews and chalk most odd interactions up to someone having a bad day, but this level of unprofessionalism needed a review. Paying customers deserve to know. Babymoon FAIL. Stay somewhere else."
"In fact, this hotel shouldn't even be on Booking. Not clean horrible breakfast prepare to eat out. I think they have a chicken child behind the hotel. I've never seen so many unseasoned eggs at a breakfast. They should be ashamed to offer it to customers. I will never stay in a hotel there again La Quinta again. Never... The people who work at reception work angry because they don't like what they do. Simply good luck if you stick with it"
"The hotel manager should be fired - I’m not quite sure how she managed to fall into that position, but the woman is highly unprofessional, she is rude, she is arrogant, she is unfair and unwilling to help anyone but herself. She and her front desk minion were very nasty to me during my recent stay where I had a 104 degree fever and a medical emergency. I called from my room to extend my stay and went down with my credit card to pay and they laughed at me like I was something pathetic and told me to leave the property and i wasn’t allowed to make another reservation. They LAUGHED … (actually it was more of a berating cackle) and told me I took too long to make it to the desk, and they were going to ensure any future accommodations were rejected. Had they been at MAX occupancy, their childish and ruthless behavior still wouldn’t be warranted or deemed appropriate. The embarrassment alone was enough to damage a person. They should both be fired immediately- NOBODY should feel the way they made me feel that day. Maybe they should seek employment as correctional officers or somewhere that will allow them to be hateful bullies because they definitely DO NOT DESERVE to be the face of Customer Service and Excellence. Rude. as. ****. To add to this experience, I was later hospitalized for multiple nights as a result of their behavior as I was forced to pack and leave the hotel - even after offering multiple ways to pay or make new accommodations. If I could give the manager negative 5 stars, I would."
"The inside of this hotel looks like it belongs in a horror movie. The elevator was terrifying. It doesn't work properly, it’s very jerky. It also looks like someone got gutted in it based on the stains on the inside walls. The room was pretty gross too. The couch was orange with lots of dark unknown bodily fluid stains. Is it that hard to try using a stain remover to at least fake it being clean? The bathroom sink was clogged up. They also shut off the water for a few hours on us during our stay. I found open alcohol bottle in the cabinet. The curtains did not fully close. The coffee maker looked like it had never been cleaned. The breakfast was not very good. The waffle mix was empty by 8am one of the mornings. When driving into the parking lot all of the outside lights were shut off. I’m sure everyone feels super safe in the pitch black outside while staying in Atlanta. Everything about the hotel looked like it had been put together in the 80s and they have not fixed, replaced, or remodeled a thing since then. The only upside is the location."
"I did not book this stay and based on the past reviews I was not expecting to be pleased. However it was a great stay. Front staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Housekeeping was kind and came to check in to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again."
