Quality Inn Hixson-Chattanooga

"We booked this hotel as a softball team. I came in Thursday night around midnight, and went straight to bed after a 10 hour drive. The next morning we left early for the tournament and again didn’t get back until almost midnight. This time I saw a cockroach climbing down the wall and dirty beds. We immediately got all of our stuff out of the room and went to the front desk. The third shift refunded the next 2 nights, but would not refund the first. We spent hours trying to find another hotel. I called and spoke with the owner who said the bug was a stink bug. You can clearly see that is not true. She was very rude and said we had a do not disturb sign on our door and that we should have asked for our room to be cleaned."

"Not the best location, difficult to turn left out of. The hotel is run down and needs some major work. It smelled as soon as I walked in, the rooms were shabby. For the price, you can get a better hotel at a better location."

"Let's just start with the exterior of the building. It look like it was ready to fall down. Apon walking in then employee working gave me a dirty look. Then was rude when I ask for directions to my room. Walking down the hallway of the second floor there was a huge blood stain.... As I entered the dark room the light switch was useless. After I checked the beds surprisingly there was no bugs. Then I was going to heat of my leftovers in the microwave unfortunately I had to eat it cold due to the microwave being not useable. Then I decided to take a shower but the shower took about 30 mins to heat up to a temperature that was suitable for a shower. After that I took a wet towel to the floor in the bathroom and it came back black as night. This has got to be the worst Quality Inn I've ever stayed in. The room was in bad need of repair and a deep cleaning. If you care about where you lay your head please don't stay here."
