"Purchased earrings from the Roswell store, the clasp would close but it wouldn’t secure and hold in place. Went to the Perimeter location to return and purchase a different pair that clasped. $12 earrings and the manager on duty said that I had to go back to Roswell to return them since I bought them damaged. Absolutely unacceptable for a large chain to make customers travel to do returns, never heard of that before in my life. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience."

"Today, I was sitting in the dressing room area waiting on my daughter, and the manager (Petra) walked by and yelled at the young lady who was working in that area. The young lady's whole face changed from embarrassment. That situation could have been handled very differently, and I would like to think the company wouldn't tolerate disrespect in that way."

"One cashier working while the line is wrap .. instead of the managers helping the employee they continue to put back clothes and grab carts.. I understand you are ready to go but it’s only 9pm which is not closing time .. help your employee 1st then focus on closing the store . This is unacceptable.."

Good shopping area for affordable clothing, bedding, Kitchen appliances, home decor items, ladies bags, ladies shoes, electronic accessories and limited furniture. Men's shirt collection is very limited in this store and Buckhead station store is the one that can be preferred. This store is located in Perimeter Square. This store has trial rooms and restroom facility is also available."
