"My daughter and I traveled almost an hour to visit this store yesterday. On our way to eat lunch we noticed that they were closed for cleaning. Perfectly acceptable, but 4 hours later they were still closed. No gap on the website for their lengthy closure and no mention of their cleaning schedule. Tried calling the store and no one answered the phone. When posting that you will be closed for cleaning you should also notify people of when you plan to reopen. Also, from looking into the huge glass windows no less than 4 separate times during that 4 hour window, we never saw an actual person working inside. So were they even cleaning?"
