"Customer service and the structure at this store is horrible. You have to find help. The first night no one assisted me. Later I found out that no one has access to electronics after a specific period (I understand that part). Today I had to find people to help. There was one lady in the same department that was great but she can’t do it all by herself. Get her some help, create better systems, give employees the tools they need to be a better help."

"Horrible , they have started putting face wash , after shave in locks and no customer service representatives are present to assist. These are essential items for daily uses, and the reason stated is people are stealing, there are numerous other items to steal. But if putting things in locks and assistance should be available when the button is pressed. Unfortunately no one is present. Service is poor. Not at helpful"

"Good morning. Please send this message to the store manager. I called this morning(1/13/2024. It was difficult to get the operator. After some time, Charlene picked up. She works in the baby products department. I was looking for a grocery item. She was sooo nice and put me on hold while she checked for the item. She found it and placed it at the fitting room for pick up. In my opinion, this is what I call an excellent employee that has great people skills. I am very impressed with her!!!"

"When will it end? Walmart, once known for their customer service and friendly greeters, has decended into the abyss mediocrity and compliancy. Not only are customers shuttled through the checkout like the security checkpoint at the airport, nothing works anymore. I went to the "Money Center" at 3:30 p.m. Hours are clearly posted and all the lights in the area are on. After waiting patiently for about 10 minutes a worker poked his head around the corner and said, "No one is here to work in this area." I look around to see workers on their phones or socializing with each other. I tell him I only need a money order. To which he responds, "OH, that machine is broke." I would rather go to Target and pay a little more for quality service. How sad."

"It has been quite a while since I've been to this Walmart, I can tell they recently had a remodel maybe about 6 to 8 months ago. I love it it seems like after the remodel the store is a bit spacious mine is there apparel section which feels a bit cramped but overall the store looks amazing with the new signage and the front end transformation with the registers. The electronics section of the store is always my favorite and the transformation of that area really looks nice, but also this store doesn't have an automotive center where you can get oil changes or get tires installed on your car but at the same time I feel you can do without it. But really nice upgrade to the store and I just happen to be in the area."
