OshKosh B'Gosh

"I am a mother of a 4 year old boy I have been shopping at Oshkosh at perimeter since his birth. I went in today to do an exchange of some items his father sent him for Christmas and his bday beings it’s 4 days apart. Unfortunately I did not have the receipt. although I know there are policy and procedures for returns with no receipt, but I was just treated like I didn’t even belong in there. The customer service from the store manager/ regional Ambria was awful. I understand the policy but the way it was delivered to me was unacceptable. She never smiled or greeted me from the moment i walked in the store. You guys should look at your camera footage from the time I entered. Date and time as followed: 1/3/22 time 2:15pm to 2:40pm. I currently work in property management and I will never treat a tenant or prospect in the manor I was treated today. My I hope her disposition changes or you guys are going to loose customers at this location. Because I will not be back. I also asked her when will the store get more items in. she stated she did not know but followed up with telling me she was a manager! Very disappointing Lastly she took two phone calls while she was Checking me out I had to ask her would she fold my items nicely because she was throwing them in the bag. I would love to know how she got that far up with such a horrible presence."

"Usually I love going here, not today. Any other time it’s 5 stars. However, this afternoon I was in the store. No one greeted me, fine not a big deal. I found the items I was looking for and walked up to the register. The manager was training a new employee and completely ignored me. Another woman was organizing hangers. So I asked the trainee (the only person who acknowledged me) if she could ask the woman behind her to help me. Tyronda came over, and began the check out process, at some point I looked down and she was flipping me off, very subtly. In case she was using someone else’s register, she has a tattoo on her middle finger. When she saw I noticed she tucked in her middle finger. I should have left, but frankly I needed the items I was getting, and I love Cater’s quality and have been a loyal customer for over 8 years. This is not the level of service I’m used to by any means. Since it’s a local company you should do a mystery shopper on this store."

"My son needed some play clothes. We found 12 pairs of sweatpants AND they were having a 40%off sale. Staff was helpful and polite as well."

"The store was very nice to me. I took my daughter to the store and she helped me pick out some clothes that she liked. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Nice place to get baby clothes, although a little expensive."
