"As I frequent this store, I rarely have issues with the merchandise. The larger issue is management, or rather, a lack of it. A roller luggage bag I purchased turned out to be defective. At the airport, my carryon was discovered to be malfunctioning, so I contacted the store for assistance. The assistant manager (named Teresa I believe) was understanding, professional, and apologetic. In spite of the bag being damaged and difficult to use, she advised me to bring it back as it was the only way to return/exchange it. I was assured that there would not be an issue if she was not present, and if she wasn't present, someone from the store could contact her. After struggling to return to Atlanta with the damaged bag, I brought it back to the store. Upon my arrival at the store, I met with the manager, Marla. I gave her the original tag and purchase receipt. Unfortunately, my experience with her was quite disappointing. Marla seemed unhelpful, and she was unwilling to honor what the assistant manager had promised me. She came across as unprofessional and indifferent towards my issue, and even went as far as to inform me of what she would typically do if she made an exception, without offering any assistance. When I reminded her of what the assistant manager had agreed to, she made a dismissive statement, "She is just my assistant manager, I am the manager". I was disappointed with Marla's lack of professionalism, carelessness, and extremely poor customer service. She did not provide me with any alternative solutions, nor did she direct me to contact the brand's warranty service, which was suggested by the customer service complaint line. As a store manager, Marla should have been more resourceful and better at communication. Unfortunately, she was neither, and her apathetic and unprofessional demeanor left a negative impression of the Ross brand."

"The entire store was in complete disarray, like a storm came through. Clothes, merchandise on the floor of every aisle. Manager hiding in the back. No one was trying to pick up anything. Instead, there was an employee putting more stuff out. The whole situation was laughable. Never seen a store that messed up…. Not even at Goodwill."
