"I was in the clinic today with my Bella. She had a neck injury and they were quick to get her in to be seen. My Bella is scared and nervous with strangers, not by ANY means is she aggressive, but she does require someone to take a little bit of time to allow her to warm up. She is a rescue, as are all of my dogs, and they just need a little extra tlc in order to trust someone. Instead of immediately labeling her as aggressive and forcing a muzzle on her(Like previous places have), they recognized that she was just nervous and they accommodated that for her. Once they did this, she was more comfortable. We received the best treatment with all the needed medications at an extremely affordable price. Hands down, the best experience I have had with a vet and I look forward to transitioning all my rescue babies over into this office. We saw Dr. Preston and vet tech David, both were sweet as can be. The lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming as well."

"I had previously loved their staff but the vet with the blonde hair is not to be trusted. We brought a cat in after a dog fight for injuries. I asked if they could tell if he had internal bleeding on the x-ray. She said yes. After the x-ray, she said he had no internal bleeding and was all clear. I paid 300 dollars, took him home, and he died 3 hours later from internal bleeding. They refused to refund us because they ‘did their job’. What they did was kill a cat"
