The staff and management is always TOP NOTCH! We just celebrated 1 year birthday with them last week and couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! "Scheduled my pup's grooming appointment here and was sorely disappointed. They ended up charging me $116 as a "Husky" even though he's nowhere near the size nor tempermant of an actual Husky. The grooming was pretty choppy and they ended up cutting into my dog's quick. I was mortified when his whole underbelly was covered with blood after a walk. I ended up having to give him another bath to get all the blood off. I won't be returning."

"Was excited to have a new pet store but was disappointed . The day I came in for a groom they had left early so one of the ppl there did clip my dogs nails. The total charge was 18.00 . I ask if I returned within 10 days could they take the price of the nail trim off the full groom service price . Nobody really could answer so I called today . The manager said she would have to ask the groomers if they would do that and the answer in short was No. I assume the groomers are independent and don’t work for Pets Plus . Store was very nicely stocked and had a great variety of many items. Too bad that they don’t really know the policies and the groomers don’t have set hours . It would be good if the groomers could stay and work the hours the store does . I was fortune to find a store that offered to take 10.00 off after I told them I didn’t need a nail trim and why . Those are the stores that I want to support ."

"Charlie gave us a friendly greeting when I came into the store with my dog to get her frozen food. I couldn't find the expiry date on any of the packages, nor could he, so he asked a manager for help. While pointing out the location (hard to read on the bag), I asked the manager a few other questions about the food that she answered readily. I'm so glad we have this store in our neighborhood! I was having to drive much further to get the food for my dog that our vet recommended."

"If you dread giving your dog a bath at home due to the mess in your bathroom, head over to Pet Supplies Plus and treat yourself and your dog to a “blow out” in their self-service wash stations. What a fantastic service! This store is a mega shop for all types of dog, cat, bird, fish and reptiles supplies. I noted a huge refrigerated selection of raw food as well as many brands I was not familiar with. There is a food for any specific type of diet your pet is on. The pricing was very comparable to where I normally buy dog food (Tractor Supply) and they have a price match guarantee that includes online, which is rare. They have a rewards program to save cash too. Independently owned, great parking, very friendly staff."
