"Extremely unhappy with my bakery experience. I scheduled a pickup for a birthday cake this morning at 9:00. I get there and nothing is written on the cake. I wrote instructions online for the words to be written on the bottom of the cake. They then find out it was because of copy write issues. So I tell them to write different words instead and they come back and it’s written all over the cake. But the instructions had specifically said “only at the bottom of the cake.” So they had to take it back again and we had to wait even longer and we were on a time crunch. My thing is that if you know it was a copy write issue and you can’t do it, then call the customer ahead of time. No one called us and we got there thinking our cake was ready. It was a rushed redo and we really were not happy with it."

"Employees are helpful instacart does not let's you order food outside of peak hours and the store may or may not have your items requested and will not let you know its out of stock or not while placing order for hot food or deli items"

"Ashley at the checkout lines in the front is the nicest person ever and so helpful! I don’t know if the managers look through these but she needs a raise! She is just always in a great mood and it makes my experience better every time!"

"I love Publix yet...they packed this one in too quickly and too tightly. The store itself is small. Especially for where it's located in the North Shore. The parking lot is a total nightmare to get in/out of. Finding a parking spot during lunch or after normal work hours is an atrocious task. The employees are a mix up. Some days they're good...some not so much. The deli doesn't seem capable of being able to keep up most the time. They also seem to run out of certain deli items, often. It's a clean store. Convenient to a point. Better than Whole Foods all the way around. As expensive as Publix can get. They're nothing compared to Whole Foods or the aggravation of parking there."

"I have always enjoyed shopping at Publix, especially the store on North Market. The staff is always friendly, the store is clean, stocked and well organized. The BOGO’s certainly help and they are consistent with their value. The seafood and meat departments are well run and weekly sales are always worth looking out for."
