"Well. They have good selection of merchandise. But. Here's the but. They have zero personal service reps. Nobody on the floor to ask questions to. You have to wait in a cashier line to talk to a representative. Plus the parking lot is dangerous as hell. At the main entrance dark. No lighting and the side entrance that has the dimist lightting ever. It gets locked early. So you have to walk around the dark building. Newnan Belk. Becoming a high crime area. From Atlanta moving south. Take it as you may. It's truth. If they don't address these issues. We probably won't be back."

"Not enough cashiers or help. It was a busy Sunday with a sale going on and only 2 checkouts open. There were long lines at both and 1 had 2 girls working both looked like they hated their jobs. The other checkout was empty because the girl was helping someone in her own dept cosmetics and ignoring the register unless there wasn't anyone assigned to the empty one and her's was open but no one knew that. The store itself is great but they need to step it up on the staffing especially with the holidays here."

"Went in to buy something very specific. Found my item after searching through the mess! It was a mess everywhere. Shoes boxes open, missing shoes, purse cabinet open with purses on floor and alarm going off. Not a employee im sight. Had a good sale going on. Good thing for the app. Went to check out and the only employee I came across was rude and disrespect. All I asked was how well the app worked and she had to get an attitude. No need, just say I'm unsure. She also didn't have her ask mask on properly. Probably won't go back."
