"Store was suppose to open at 11am. Customers were lined up outside the store waiting as one associate walked back and forth inside the store. At 11:10 two other associates walk up from the parking lot, unlocks the door and lifts the gate and tells 15 waiting customer to give them 5 more minutes, no empathy at all. 11:15 the store finally opens. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
