"Purchased a few pairs of shoes on line and had to return them in store. Store manager was so unprofessional and didn't want to do return on stating " Shoes had to to shipped to warehouse" I had to call customer service and have them address the issue with her. Which apparently there was no issues just didn't want to do her job. After that call return was successful and I was refunded. But this was an unnecessary hassle."
"I have to leave a review after the wonderful experience I just had here. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for but needed some arch support inserts. I asked the young lady behind the counter and she knew everything about all of the products they offered and was very friendly. In other words, she was not a cashier, she was a footwear consultant and was extremely friendly and made this such a pleasurable experience. Next time I need shoes I am coming here.
