Once Upon A Child

"The staff is NOT friendly, they severely low ball your items, they want your items to be darn near close to new and sooooo much of the stuff they do have is overpriced and more than slightly/ gently used. The stock is very sparse. They lie to customers regarding allowance to use bathroom facilities, even small children,,,claiming it’s out of order then we actually observed others allowed to use the facilities. The employees consume their lunch right on the front counter instead of in the break room area. They have certain overpriced items locked and customers have to WAIT for someone to unlock an item! Their knowledge of items is very low, as they continually asked “ what is this, what’s it for, plus requiring the customer to wipe down already clean items. This location is HORRIBLE! Never going back."

"Worst experience at this location I was in the store shopping 4:45pm and the lady come up to me and say “ were closed” we close at 5:OOpm its a holiday since when was HALLOWEEN A NATIONAL HOLIDAY???? Nowhere online nor upon entering they said they was closing at 5:00pm on Halloween because of the lack of communication I put the few items in my hand back and walked out couldn’t even get out the door cause it was already locked at 5:00pm!!! On the dot!"

"If I could I wouldn't give not one star but I'ma be nice I'm so confused on how they operate here, the staff fist off don't even seem happy to be at work, not like what they are doing. I had dropped off clothes that they said would take 45-1hr to look through. They called me not even 15 minutes later saying they won't buy nothing cause it's stained or peeling. I'm confused cause I clearly washed and went through all the clothes that would be acceptable for them to buy, the crazy part is I got some clothes from there with thier tag still on it and they said they won't take nothing, if it's was ok to buy and resell before why wasn't it ok to buy back cause I could've returned my items. The ladies were rude and unprofessional as the lady told me she wouldn't take them, I just said okay and she busted out laughing while I walked out the door. I know they are getting a new owner but they need to get one ASAP and replace the staff. They are really giving this place a bad name and to top it off I shop here frequently and I've seen way worse clothing for sale that looked extremely overused. Do better once upon a child"

"Love this place! They always have what we are looking for. Great prices! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is due to the customer service. It’s hit or miss. No one is really nasty, but I just feel it could be a tad better."
