"Target in Austell is located in a big shopping center with ample parking. It is clean orderly with friendly staff. It has CVS Pharmacy in it but it does not sell produce, fresh vegetables or fruits."

"I shop frequently at the Target store in Austell and have noticed that its aesthetics and layout drastically lag behind other newer Target locations in the area. While I understand resource allocation decisions involve balancing many factors, this store is very overdue for renovation. Demographic profiles should not be the key drivers here as the reason why the store hasn't been updated. (The area is predominately not as affluent and more diverse). All community members including those from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds deserve an enjoyable, modern shopping experience consistent with Target’s brand promise. I'm not seeing that here. Target has built trust through welcoming people equally and making them feel valued regardless of neighborhood. As communities evolve over time, store appearances should reflect that same excellence in inclusion. Investing in an extensive remodel for the Austell location would signal Target’s commitment to creating consistent, uplifting retail experiences community-wide."

I was helped by Grace in the customer service area, and not only was she incredibly kind, sweet, and approachable, she also helped me through what would've been an extremely frustrating and disappointing Target experience. Grace's assistance and helpful attitude made a big difference to me and really made my day a lot brighter."

My personal experience consistently has been 100% accuracy in what I order and what I have received. The Target Associates are Always polite, friendly and helpful. When you need items & are too busy to go shop at that particular moment - definitely consider Target's drive up service. This will take a little stress out of your day and add a little sparkle to the quality of your life!"

"This Target as well went through a remodel not too long ago, it's nice and spacious. I feel like it's actually bigger than the Target in Douglasville but of course that's just my opinion. As I'm walking around, their staff was actually doing an overall sale's floor audit, this is how the store stays up on product coming in and not having so much left over. Very smart idea especially when it comes to the stores overall inventory, friendly staff and well-stocked."
