I attempted to return this defective piece of luggage to be told they don't take back used merchandise even when it's a defective piece of junk!! When I asked the manager on duty named Shekinah for the store manager's name, she said she couldn't give it to me. What??? Don't worry Ross, I disputed your charge at my bank to get my money back for the cheap junk that you'll peddle."
