"Just tried to buy some cologne. They told me all sales are final on fragrances. Box was damaged on the top near sprayer, so I ask can we open it to make sure that it works before I purchase since all sales are final. Cashier asks manager. Manager says it’s probably nothing wrong. I say probably but if not I have bought something useless. She doubles down and won’t open or stand behind her product. Neeeless to say. I let her keep the cologne.,Bad management. Bad business."
"This store made me so sad when I walked into it. 90% of the store looks like these pictures . This is only 3 days ago when I went in there. Burlington used to be my favorite shopping store .no matter what store I went to, it was always a great experience. but this particular store is nothing but a garbage building. Burlington you're better than that.. something has to be done... I will not step inside the store again."
