"Not the biggest fan of their customer service style. Pretty dismissive. I have come here before a year ago to have my snowboard boots re-wired when the mechanism broke and my board tuned for the season. The team was great then! Not sure what happened over the last year. The staff at Peter Glenn up the road were more approachable and friendly."

"Came in here looking for a whole ski set -boots, bindings & skis. Worked with Joel and had the best experience getting my boots fitted. I have wider calves and feet so I was nervous about not finding any boots that would comfortably fit me but Joel was able to recommend a few different models and ultimately I was able to find one that only needed a few adjustments made. I was going on a ski trip the next day so he was able to rush these adjustments and get the bindings mounted onto my skis same day. My boyfriend was looking for a snowboard and bindings, worked with Burt and Keith and they both were super helpful in finding a board that would last with him as he progressed his skills on the slopes. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get new gear!"
