"Very poorly run store. Tried to buy some soccer cleats for my daughter. Looked and waited for a sales person for approximately 25 minutes. No dice! Talked to an assistant manager on the way out, who stated something to the effect of we're short people."

"This was a great experience today! We walked in needing golf clubs for our oldest son and Trey jumped right in to help and educate us on youth golf club options. He even asked about a golf glove which we didn’t have! The service was impeccable. As we checked out, Reggie was amazing and very helpful as well. He offered us coverage on the gloves we purchased and educated us on why it was a great option to have. The customer service was excellent from start to finish and my son loves his gloves. The store was very well maintained, clean and organized. We can’t wait to be back."

"The staff could benefit from substantial training. Multiple times we’ve been here and they stand around not being proactive, and move at an almost glacial pace. Last time we dealt with a 15-minute line because only one person was doing checkouts, while I counted no less than seven staff on duty roaming the store. Additionally, there have been multiple cases where we have felt sassed by the employees after asking perfectly normal questions nicely. Staff needs to go through far more rigorous training, and the store managers need to have way more structure and active feedback. We aren’t coming back here for at least a couple of years. Hopefully by then they’ve improved."

"Service is dead. I went inside to purchase some shoes and there were two people in the shoe dept. They did not speak or acknowledge my presence. Instead, they just talked and continued their loud conversation. I decided to sit in their section for 20 minutes with a pair of shoes in my hand and made my purchase online for curbside pickup. They stood a few feet away and talked the entire time. They never said a word."
