"If demoing make sure you check the strings before walking out. Unfortunately I didn’t. I paid for two racquets for an entire week and both were frayed. One in particular looked like this after hitting for only 45 mins. When returning them I was simply told “it’s ok if you would’ve broken them” - not really the point when hoping to play test them on vacation. No offer to restring and let me keep for a couple more days. No apology. Very disappointing considering I have had two teammates rave about this place and I drove across town because of that. I’m assuming this level of “service” was a one off experience as the vast majority of reviews are extremely positive. I however will not be back."
"Very friendly and helpful staff who clearly care about their customers and making sure you only buy stuff you need. The stringing service is quality at a reasonable price and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my racquets back when the strings need changing. Lots of other tennis-related equipment and gear for sale - a dream for all kinds of tennis lovers!"
