"The drive thru wait is just about always slow and full of cars. The pharmacy reps are always nice. They are at lunch in the drive thru from either 1-2pm or 1:30 -2pm so don't go at those times. It is an asset to have a CVS extra care card. They have convenience food available. Always clean and organized."

"I’m pretty positive this CVS and the Walgreens across the street are in competition of who can suck the most. My doctor called my prescription in 5 days ago. I waited 5 days bc I know how slow this pharmacy is. I get there today it’s still not ready. They will straight lie to your face. This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced poor customer service with this particular CVS. They said they are two weeks behind. How can you be two weeks behind with people’s medication? I couldn’t believe they can’t out of that lady’s mouth. Publix from now on. I’ve never not once had an issue with Publix. Only thing is CVS is 24 hrs. But what’s the point of that when it takes two weeks to get your prescription filled. Especially something as easy as vitamin D tablets. Corporate needs to intervene ASAP. This location gives all CVS a bad reputation."

"Bunch of incompetents. I was there for 40 min for a flu shot and never got seen. After scheduling my appointment for 3:30 and being there since 3:15. Checked in online and nobody did nothing. What a joke. Avoid this CVS."

"While it's nice that this location is 24hrs it's very understaffed and slow. I'm pretty sure they never answer the phone. Waited 45 mins on hold yesterday before giving up. Tried another 20 today, still no answer. Orders take days to be filled. They don't follow instructions that are listed on my account to order a specific brand which requires me to order multiple times to get the right thing. Their text alert system doesn't work at this location. I never get notifications my order is ready even though it works fine when I order from other locations. I'm not sure what is happening at this location but it really should be looked at by cooperate."

"We drive from Temple to Douglasville to use the CVS pharmacy in Target because they’re great and the Villa Rica one is garbage, but I took my kids here to get their flu shots and the nurse who tried giving them had the patience and and compassion of a fence post. We left with no shots and lots of tears. She also insulted my parenting. We’ll never use this CVS for anything again."
