"The staff here is constantly changing with new stylists. I think that is the nature of this type of store. Making an appointment on the app is ridiculous. They don't seem to check you in until you arrive even though you are supposed to be in line. This visit, I waited at home and the time didn't change. Eventually I drove up and as I was walking from my truck my wait time doubled? Not sure if the staff is overriding the app or what but this is so frustrating and the second time in a row that this has happened. I am still sitting here, waiting, even though I " got in line" 45 minutes ago. Only come here for basic cut and when you have time to deal with the wait. Don't trust the app."

"WARNING!! stay clear of Ebony HE/SHE will chop you up HE/SHE will not listen to you when you tell HIM/HER how you want your hair cut HE/SHE will cut your hair the way HE/SHE wants to i told HIM/HER 3 times i didn't want a line i want it blended in. look at the photos the cut i got was a chop job. HE/SHE only used clippers on my cut seem like HE/SHE dont understand that not all hair types can be cut with only clppers some hair types require scissors also. You have been warned hope this saves someone from getting a chop up haircut. Manager on duty the next day refunded my money would have preferred to get a decent hair cut instead of a $19 refund. Ebony need to go back wherever HE/SHE learn how to cut hair and get a refund."

"I had the worse experience in my life! The hair dresser that took care of me, literally didn’t know what she was doing at all. Let me show you, what I was excepting, and how I walked out.. I looked absolutely horrendous! The worse part is though, I asked her to thin out my hair to get rid of some frizz, but she thinned it out that much, that when I got home to wash my hair, to just make it look nice, I was brushing my hair and half of my hair came out it is 8 inches shorter then when I walked out which is the opposite I want.. it took 4 years to get it long. it was traumatizing it felt like I’m going through chemotherapy. We got our money back, because they messed up my moms hair as well. I will never ever go there again, and I would never recommend anyone to go there either.. they can’t even get a simple haircut done.. such a disappointment."
