"The facts- I found this location via an internet search. I called her, then made an appointment for Ne-Ne to evaluate the conditions/texture etc of my hair prior to her actually servicing my hair. ***I have been transitioning from a relaxer since February. We agreed that I would try a rinse to lighten the overall color and soften the grey. In less than two days after getting my hair done, it looked worse than when I went in- would not have even thought that was possible. She did not state in any way that my hair was in bad shape. *** My hair has always been healthy and full.The color did not take at all- anywhere.The blow dry straighten was a joke. **Typically when a stylist completes your hair, they provide a mirror for a 360 view to show you their work- if they are proud of it. She offered no mirror whatsoever and quickly offered to wrap it for me to cover it up when I got home. After calling her 2 days after the service to tell her about my experience, she offered to do it at no cost-well of course. I had to cancel once due to a business dinner and dealership repair the second time. I stated in the voicemail that I did not want to disrupt her business and would simply come as a walk in and she could address my hair after taking care of her appointments. She then texts me providing the incorrect day of the second appointment and that it was unfair for her to have to do anything to my hair at this time. This was only a 2 week window after the time she initially did my hair. My text response was that I would simply count my $120 as a complete waste which it was- and that was that. While her personality was extremely accommodating; at least up to the time she got my money, it did not back up her ability to do hair. I did not expect perfection, but I did expect a better job than I would have done on my own hair. Particularly since she boasted doing consultation and on my call prior to the consultation, about how long she had been in the profession and the myriad of styles that she was capable of servicing. ***I did take photos but chose not to post them because honestly I don't want anyone to see how horrible my head looked as posts have an unlimited life cycle on the internet. Buyer beware---"
