"I thought we were good....I guess not. Last time I wrote a review I gave my opinion and a briefing of my experience and it wasn't a good one and I was just being honest after going here for years and leaving tips for my eyebrows bc she's the best in the game. I'm just saying don't piss her off so guessing malti saw it and she was highly upset, so when I return to get my eyebrows done she was upset and I apologized to her (minding you it was my honest opinion) and so I thought we hashed it out like it was water under the bridge and everything was cool.....Nope, so I call the other day (thinking everything was cool) Monday I believe and try to schedule an appointment for my eyebrows and she picks up the phone we speak and pretty much she tells me no and to stop booking her services and I was so sad and confused as to why she was upset and I thought we squashed everything the last time I went we talked about it I apologized and I thought she accepted it but I guess not just don't ever piss this lady off like I said in my other review the service is great but just be nice to her at all times. Sorry malti I thought everything was good. May the most high continue to bless you."

"I've been going here for years and it seems to get worse and worse the more I go. I'm putting 2 stars because 1 star belongs to my eyebrows and the other star belongs to when I eventually get my hair done. Every time Im on my way to my appointment, it never fails that they call me and tells me I have to cancel or reschedule.. mind you not I schedule the appointment weeks in advance.. but when they call me something usually is happening. I am a very understanding person but when it becomes a habit it just gets the point where it's not okay anymore. Whenever I do decide to come in get my hair cut, the woman I want to have is never there or can't make it so she assigns me to another woman.. literally every time I leave I'm not happy. I already have trust issues with my hair.. long story short, I do not recommend this place anymore."
