"So disappointing. If a “stylist” does not have the skill to complete a request they should not lie and book appointment and take a customers money. Ironic the text communication & pictures of hair I purchased the day before the appointment was received, yet 24 hours after the entire ‘butterfly locs’ started sliding out the pictures & video I sent ‘would not down load’. Now my granddaughter is unable to take school pictures Monday. “NO! I do not want you to re-do” what I already paid & tipped you to do. I do not trust it to be correct. My granddaughter is devastated. #fatounjie"

"I’ve been to many different natural hair stylists at salons across this city. While the stylist who did my hair was amazing, I was very impressed by the decor! A perfect blend of luxury, comfort and coolness. Ms. Fay greeted me when I entered, she was so sweet and helpful. She walked me to my stylist's room and answered questions I had about the products (and there were many to choose from) I saw in the front!! I ended up buying some Texture Rich products which she mentioned were good for natural hair. I really loved the vibe of this place, one of the best hair experiences I’ve had and will definitely be back!!! Also Ms. Fay told me this business was family owned. Love when I find black businesses across the city that continue to represent black excellence."
