"I am so upset. It’s my fault. I acted impulsively and went to a random salon near my office because I was hot and wanted my hair cut from where it had grown out. I wanted the same exact cut I previously had. Long Bob, shorter in the back longer in the front, and long layers. Pretty much what I had but trimmed up. That is not what I got. I didn’t notice until I got back to work but it’s horrible. My hair is short in the front, uneven, choppy ladder like layers. I’m on the verge of tears thinking about how much will now have to be cut to just correct this. Please be careful choosing a stylist. I DO NOT want another women having to deal with this. I’m not sure the stylist name that cut my hair. It’s even worse than I imagined"
