"I don't normally do reviews BUT I had to do this one. I should have followed my first mind that told me not to go, but I was being lazy and I thought I was going to get professional color done, but that's not what I got. What the young woman did to color my hair, I could have done at home and had the audacity to charge me well over $100 dollars for this mess. What she did, I could have done for $12 with developer and color. Now I have to do some correcting. I also have hot roots, and a trim to my hair looks like a complete haircut. I will never visit this place again. A HARD LESSON LEARNED!!!"
