"Horrible experience everytime I’m half Dominican and African American I speak the same dialect the stylist speak but I don’t let them know that everytime I notice they always talk nasty ab other races and their hair I notice they also said ab my hair being to thick and if I even wash it it was very hurtful because I looked up and she was smiling and laughing ab my hair. I suggest no one goes here they sit around and won’t do your hair until they feel like it I came in this morning just for them to have every chair and bowl open and proceeded to sit me for 30 minutes while they speaking on who wanted to do my hair when I chose a specific stylist there I will never be going back they are very rude and don’t care ab their clients"

"Don’t come here if you want people to do their jobs! Went in to get a trim after calling ahead of time and they told me they cant cut long curly without straightening it or it will be uneven. Mind you I’ve had my hair cut there wet/curly 4-5 times before. They always try to straighten my hair and I say no- since I don’t put heat on my hair. There were three stylist and only one customer. They clearly just didn’t want customers they should have closed for the day or put a sign up that they only want straight hair clients. Very PO with their customer service!"

"This place & the ppl are so horrible and unprofessional!!! *little story* went to get my daughter’s hair cut a few days b4 Christmas. She has longhair, asked for layers. Told her not to worry about drying & styling because my daughter was going to wash her hair and do it herself when we got home, she took it upon herself to curl my daughters ends when I told her multiple times, even her coworker told her there was no need(it was closing time at this point) come to find out the reason she did it was to hide the horrible job she did on the haircut. I went back the next day & asked for my money back very calmly & she got a nasty attitude because I told her I didn’t want her touching my daughter’s hair after seeing the work she does.. she pulled out her purse & gave me my money back & I went to a salon near by that I found out a lady was working at that used to work at this one. She fixed it & cut my hair as well. Fast forward a few months it’s time for our trim. I call the other salon to make an appointment found out she’s back at her original salon. So I go, the lady that cut my daughters hair wasn’t there but her friends were they looked at me crazy but didn’t say ANYTHING I talked to the hairstylist. Everything was good. I was waiting for about 30 minutes before she was ready to start cutting my daughters hair (these females still haven’t said a word) when she starts cutting my daughters hair, one of the friends asked her if I was her client she replied “yes, she went the other salon.”and then proceeded to talk about the situation that happened months ago & look at me up & down that’s when I got upset and asked if there was a problem. She tried to tell me she’s just warning her and looking out for her because I had her friend give me my money back. Of course it was a full-blown argument. The hairstylist turned to me and said she could no longer have us as clients. I was there for the hairdresser not the location sad those females did that to her over the poor work their friend dose.. I also asked why they didn’t have the balls to say something b4 my daughter’s haircut had been started , I would have gladly left.. of course they had nothing to say! I now go to sister’s hair salon nearby!!"
