"Where do I even begin? My gorgeous niece, who is mixed and has beautiful ethnic mixed hair was discriminated against at the salon. She was outright refused service and was told they don’t do that kind of hair, but it was the way she was treated and how disgusted this lady was by her hair. As if my niece had a contagious disease. To add insult to injury, the manager spoke to her mother on the phone and tried to invalidate her experience. Can you imagine a white person telling a black woman that’s not what happened. Listen y’all, this is definitely a salon where people of color are not welcomed. RACIST establishment! Take your money elsewhere."

"Tried to get a haircut earlier today and the lady with the Long brown hair just looked at me and made me wait while not attending to any other customers, so I left. Went back at the end of the day and it was absolutely freezing inside. It felt like it was 50° inside. The young lady Qurani who cut my hair did wonderful but i Don't think I'll revisit this location"

"I came here today to get my hair trimmed, I asked for just half an inch off my hair, however when my "stylist" asked about a grown out undercut I had about a year ago and i told her that I was letting it grow out. She also said that my hair was damaged which was caused by me dying my hair again, something I already knew and didn't need to be told. The women then proceeded to cut about 4 inches off the front of my hair and and about 2 and a half inches off the back, in addition I also asked for layers which i was told "We don't do layers we do short, medium, and long" and was given very choppy layers anyways. My hair was very unevenly cut just all around. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed and they said it was so bad the only thing they could do was to cut off more of my hair and blend the layers the best they could. It was not worth the money i spent and I would like a refund. IF you are thinking about going here don't you will hate it."
