"Got my hair done here a while ago. They specialize in Caucasian hair. Nothing else. I have curly hair and my hair stylist had no idea how to even blow dry me. Instead of admitting that she just kept doing it until my hair came out puffy like an Afro. A more experience stylist entered to straighten my hair and by the end it still looked puffy because the heat settings were so low. They know nothing of curly hair that isn’t curly Caucasian hair and should state that to the client before they do any work."

"Got a gift card from here, I didn’t hate my hair but didn’t get what I asked for, asked for volume & lots of layers. Most of their haircuts online look mostly the same I don’t think they really know how to give layers. Nice salon just not for me"

"I would recommend this salon to everyone. The atmosphere is very welcoming and beautiful. I love my hair and never felt so relaxed while getting my hair done. Katie Gordon was my stylist and she did an AMAZING job. I will definitely be coming back in a few months."

"Went to get my first big hair cut in years at the end of May and ended up with one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had. The layers were more like shelves and the left side was more than half an inch longer than the right side. I did call and ask for a fix which they did do for me after I had to wait two more weeks. While I was getting the fix cut, I was showered in so much of my own hair that I was pulling it out of mouth and eyes for 45 minutes after the cut. My hair was combed from my eye lid all the way to the back of my head, and I was asked if I’d ever had layers before because “this is just what they look like.” Although the fix cut is technically fine enough now, the service for the redo left me feeling belittled and minimized. Despite the free correction cut, I will still not be going back to Salon on Main or April."
