"Extremely disappointed, been a shopper here for a while and had an awful experience with a manager. I have thought about writing this review, but find it necessary. I have the managers name, choose to not disclose that here but would happily disclose this with a district manager."

"Customer service is horrible, I went in on November to get my hair done for my bday well I usually have a good experience but apparently the girl that was doing my hair was also doing an employees hair. Once the dye was done she offered to have me sit with a hair conditioner so she could finish the employees hair. I couldn’t wait bc I had a party to attend so I dried my own hair. I was really disappointed but didn’t want to complain bc I like Sarah, but today I went in for last minute gifts. the store was a mess all new staff, unprofessional environment. I was waiting in line while the only cashier tended to a customer over the phone as a line formed she just ignored it. Finally reach a cashier her name is KARIMA she behaved as if I woke her from a nap, she didn’t ask if I wanted to use my points she rolled her eyes during the interaction she was just rude and when I asked if there was an issue she was condescending. I brought it to the attention of the manager but I could tell the behavior is systemic. I’m not sure what’s happening at this location but it’s like visiting Bankhead."

"I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today at the Hiram location. I came in to simply return an item and for the store to reorder the correct item in order to receive free shipping(The item is not available in stores). First, please make sure your associates fully listen to the customer's request before responding. 2. Customer Experience Manager SHEENA initially was assisting to place the order but then stated she was unable to do so and maybe it was due to the item being on sale and it was nothing she could do. Wow!! Either she lacks the knowledge or didn't want to do it but it was Unacceptable! I was informed both by customer service and another location this was incorrect and as long as the item was available online(which it was)the order could be placed. Ulta, please address this. I will be going to another location to assist."

"Been to this location twice. Both times I placed a curbside order. Both times, after checking in with the link provided in my order email/text, I waited, and waited, and waited. Had to call the store to let them know I was waiting and/or walk in to get my order. I have a toddler and a young baby which is my whole reason for placing curbside orders. Idk why they even offer this service if they can't be bothered to bring it to your car."
