"My sister went to get her eyebrows tinted, younger employee did them and it looked like a pre-school scribbled them in. When I tell you she didn't even try to form the appearance of an eyebrow, there were gaps and scribbles. She tells the woman to fix it and she says, "No." I had to personally go back with my sister and asked the older woman to fix them. The older woman did make the effort to form an eyebrow. We're never going there again, it was extremely unprofessional to initially say no when clearly my sister wasn't pleased with her butchered brows. I've never seen anything like that before, ridiculous."

"Shabu is the best. I had my first facial with her and I am sold. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded in the past and my experience was not good. I decided to try it one more time and I was so pleased when she finished. No pinching and no hurt. She also tinted my brow and they looked so natural when she was finished. 5 minutes was all that it took for the color to take. She was very professional and really nice. She is my go to facial and brow person from this point on."
