"It's a good store but its small aisle makes it hard when you are looking for something and people can't get by, they shouldn't have changed it. All of the buggies need repair or replacement as well. I've been shopping here since it opened and so far that's my only complaint."

"Deals are good with coupons and things like that, but I have gotten moldy fruit recently, and I'm religious about checking fruit before buying. Also its seems like every cart there is either dented so you can't seperate them or have a chunk missing out of the wheel so I cranks through the store"

"I would give it a 5 because of the staff but I can’t. My husband and I have shopped at this store for several years trying to give it a shot, but we’ve decided to go further out to shop at Publix to buy veggies and fruits. It makes no sense for veggies and fruits go bad after purchasing 1-2 days. Every time I see your commercial it just irritates me. How does a salad kit come straight from the back of the store in boxes turning brown?"

"I tried to do a pick up order and my total was $112. When I actually picked up, my order jumped to $143. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was meet with Deborah in the pickup area. Ohhh gosh, let’s hope no one has to talk to this lady. She was the most unhelpful rudest manager I have ever encountered. When I told her that I was over charged she said she would give me a gift card for the gap. Ok… that’s about $30.. she gave me a $25 gift card. Normally I would have been ok, but times are tough and $5 means that’s extra food that I’m being ripped off of. When I went into the store to say that didn’t cover it all- she demanded I get my groceries out of my car in front of people, she then followed me to my car and proceeded to grab all of my groceries out of my vehicle. Like what? Who does that??? It was food for my family for today, now I’m stuck having to go somewhere else cuz this bad mood manager didn’t want to help me at all.. a mother of 3… what is that saying about the managers they employ? I won’t be shopping here anymore. Deborah, you need some customer service training and you should be downgraded to a regular employee- if not let go! You are terrible at your job."
