"I normally do not leave bad reviews, but in this case I'm compelled to. I bought a transmission filter for my GMC Envoy and I made a mistake and ordered the shallow pan filter instead of the deep pan. When I realized I had the wrong one I just went online and ordered the correct one. So tonight I go to return the incorrect filter and have they proceed to tell me that there is no gasket in the box and the incorrect filter is in there. This is exactly how I received the product from the store! I give the them the gasket from the 2nd filter because I already had an OM gasket that I used and they still refuse to refund me for filter #1 which they sold me!!! With no gasket and apparently the incorrect filter!!! YOU sell me the wrong thing and tell me I just have to keep it??? I can't wait to share this experience with my friends and business associates, because I promise that $20 filter you would not take back that YOU screwed up in the first place will be very costly!"

"Recently I've been on a DIY spree with car maintenance and routine repairs. Autozone has access to tons of after-market parts from reputable manufacturers in house or by order for reasonable prices. Staff members are personable and knowledgeable. In addition to retail sales they also provide courtesy battery testing and replacement (Purchase of a new battery required)."
