"I had to ask for help and as a 65 year old woman after hours with a tire going flat I bought fix a flat and was going to buy oil but it was $12 a quart and the men in there didn't offer to help I did it by myself the first time drove down the street had to do it again if I would have had help that advanced advertises I might have got to work on time"
"Walked in for a check engine light and the two employees told me they no longer had the reader. They claimed it had been stolen 6 months ago. Not only did I see the store doing a check engine light a week prior but I don’t understand how a store that orders car parts that are available for pick up within a week can’t order that within six months."
