"The pharmacy—Not the nicest people that answer the phone, the company must not care about how they appear. They deliberately put their phone to voicemail. I will try another pharmacy."

"This pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. They are rude, never answer the phone and zero help. Stay far away."

"This store had a rating of 1.9, cancel their old profile and created another. Horrible customer service. Horrible pharmacy team. No problem with the front store. Problem are all in the pharmacy. The drive-thru is closed every weekend. I blame the corporate team for not coming to overhaul this store. I transferred my prescription to the Walgreens down the street today. The last straw was being on hold to 30+ minutes. I had time to drive to the store, get in the drive-thru line and still not get successfully served. Something has to be done!!! What hurts is I use to be a pharmacy tech with the organization years ago and to see this type of service is disheartening. I don’t think this a representation of CVS as a company. This store is a bad apple."

"Arrived with an appointment for a flu shot and Covid vaccination. The staff thought I only had a flu shot appointment. The same issue happened to the person after me. The staff couldn't look up my past history at CVS properly (they showed I only had one previous COVID shot, when I had three, all at CVS). So I had to do pull up the CVS records myself and show them. I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork and answer a ton of questions that I had already done online I was at CVS for over an hour before I even got my shots. The past three visits to different CVS locations took less than 5 minutes. Totally disorganised and I would never schedule anything at this location again."

"Yesterday brought my mom to the minute clinic, my mom had the flu. Prescriptions were to be called to two different pharmacies and they weren’t. I called the 800 number for the clinic it kept me on hold longer than one hour 3 times during the day. I came to the clinic and I was told they had the same issue with one of the pharmacies earlier so I said I get that but I don’t get why Two different pharmacies don’t have the prescription. Then I was told that the nurse practitioner normally calls the prescriptions while patients are in her office, she did not call anyone while we were there so it leads me to believe it wasn’t called at all. The nurse practitioner called me over the phone I was sitting outside of her office, to let me know it was called again and left in a voicemail, no one apologized or took responsibility. The nurse who takes vital signs rolled her eyes at me. So I paid over $200 looking for closeness and convenient but it was disappointing. Hope it’s just me with this experience ! I can’t believe a company as large as CVS has their prescribing physicians calling prescriptions, this is so archaic! They should have the capability to transfer prescriptions electronically like most other clinics."
