"I was dining alone on New Years day. My foam plate was flimsy and broke spilling some food on the bar. I looked to see if an employee could help but I didn't notice one. So I decided to wait until they came back. An employee came and started cleaning it up. Another lady came behind her and started talking loudly about it was probably me and how nasty I was so everyone could hear. I was too embarrassed by that time to say anything or apologize. She kept staring at me. I was so embarrassed I just cried. It was a terrible experience. She was fussing at me when I walked in the store bc I thanked her for working on a holiday. I was glad she was there. She started saying she wasn't. That set her off. I'm disabled and Gabe a hard time walking or I would have cleaned it up myself"
