"My brother picked up our dinner to bring home and he was charged for all the food we were ordered, then didn't get what we ordered... Whole meal and wrap missing along with drink. Fries were rubber and cold. Can't believe service theses days. Glad there are more restaurants coming, better service on the way elsewhere."

They went above and beyond what is expected anymore from customer service workers; corrected the issue I had and were so incredibly accommodating. 5 stars for y'all, especially being a younger crowd, actually reacting with respect and INCREDIBLE customer service!! Hats off to you, Wendys!!!"
"I haven’t even got out of my car yet but I just had an amazing experience at this location. The drive thru lady who took my order was absolutely delightful. Her customer service was as good as it can get. Customer service is horrible in this area so this was a HUGE breath of fresh air. I went late awhile back and it was the same way then to. My receipt says Gracie so if that is who was taking orders tonight she is a HUGE asset. Food was hot and I was there for like 5 minutes tops from start to finish. Thank you so much."
