"I placed a order here for carry out and after getting there I was told sorry I have no order for you at this location that it was at the other location and after driving there discovered that the order wasn't there either and this place needs to get there act together, it's a shame that there no good help at these locations. "I was coming off from work and was getting ready for pizza night. I ordered through the app, Large Pepperoni, Sauce original, Light cheese. The sauce was original because whenever it's marked extra, the pizza is limp. I didn't realize till I got back home that there was barely any sauce at all. I always hop to have an adequate amount on my pizza, and now it has made my expectations from Needs Improvement to Poor. I was able to find sauce at the house, so it wasn't a total bust. Overall, Papa John's could do better."
"Stopped by this Papa John's while in Columbus. The lady in the store was nice but serious. Ordered the new pizza sandwich the Papadia. The sandwich is smaller than I expected but still is decent size and it was good."
