"Churches taste awful now. The chicken I purchased that day was dry. The batter was hard and uneven. The staff looked unprofessional, which made you think twice about the food you're buying. Churches are not what they used to be or taste like it use too. The price on that chicken is ridiculous to most time taste awful at all the stores I've gone to."
"So, they still have that Texas Grande Meal for $30.99 on the window and I went it there to order it and got charged $35.99 and they said that’s the price so why do you even have that on the window advertising it??? I got dupe on this deal. This is a serious false advertising and I’m not sure I’m not the only one. So order the 16pc original rather since they’re gonna gimp you 2 biscuits as the Grande meal comes with 6 and the regular 16pc meal w/ 8 biscuits. Also, the large sides wasn’t even full. Manager was right there with the cashier and wasn’t even trying to remedy this problem"
"IT’s Saturday Dec 23 2023 6:13pm this crew that worked today with Arnice was more than amazing… the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Very respectful great attitudes and hard working all the food was fresh and hot. People don’t appreciate good service but we /my family definitely do!"
"I will NEVER go back to this trash bag restaurant… the manager locks the door… so as a customer you have to wait in the hot sun until one of the lazy employees decides to let you in… the service was absolutely horrible…I would tell you the name of the manager that served me… but he had on a regular T-shirt and no name tag. My son and I were ignored for awhile by all employees once we finally entered the restaurant…no leadership…no customer service… no social skills… The manager tried to be a little nicer when he saw me taking pictures… but too late buddy… you suck…your restaurant sucks and so do your unfriendly employees! If you do NOT work well with people… go find another job!!! Close down!!!! PS… he didn’t even get my order right!!!"
