"The pizza was bad, there were literally 4 mushrooms on my large pizza. Yes, I counted, because I ordered extra mushrooms. In addition, the delivery took over 2 hours. They no longer use their own drivers, they rely on DoorDash to deliver which is just terrible. Manager said he would email/upload a compensation to my account but haven’t gotten anything. If I ever do see compensation, I’ll try a different papa John’s, because this one has gone to the dogs."

"The real reason the store closed down for several weeks was because there is a rat infestation. I am an ex-employee and I honestly wouldn’t eat here with someone else’s mouth. The store is cleaned improperly, I have witnessed dirty mop water being used to clean the floor. The screens used to bake the pizza are constantly thrown on the floor, unsanitary and unwashed. I’ve personally killed roaches and really big bugs that have crawled next to the food and I was told to sell it anyway. If you paid for a service w/ a company card, you’re that cards’ are charged for a tip days after it processes. There is a really horrible sewage problem that sometimes leaks into the kitchen where food is processed. Eat here at your own leisure."
"I ordered carry-out and the pizza was ready on time and I received fast and courteous service. The pizza looked good, smelled fresh, and was delicious."
"Pizza was good—cooked well, not too doughy, but not overcooked. Pizza was cheesy and flavorful with not too much sauce. I also enjoyed the chicken parmesan bites and oreo bites. Not sure if I would order the oreo bites again but they were decent. I would definitely get the chicken parmesan bites. They were great with the pizza sauce!"
