"My pizza looked like it was rolled up and stored upright. We waited an hour for delivery and had to feed the kids this. I tried to call but received no answer."

"Everytime I order here I either get the wrong order or have missing items. THIS TIME I got my order and was missing my cinnamon sticks and was chewing into a hard unknown rock-like item and almost chipped my tooth. I'm on the phone for the third time trying to get a refund and am getting no response. I don't want anymore free pizza coupons I want my refund and you'll never hear from me again. I may send these pictures to the health department"

"On Friday night, I ordered two pizzas and 8 wings. My confirmation emailed stated my ordered would be delivered within an hour. After 2 hours, I attempted to get in touch with the store just to get a status update. I understand Friday nights can be busy. I was never able to get in contact with the store. However I was able to speak to six different Pizza Hut hotline employees! I was transferred from person to person without getting any help. I finally contacted the customer service number after waiting 3 hours for a delivery that never came. If you want pizza delivery in this area, just go straight to Papa John's. I'd give this store negative stars if I could. God bless."

"Absolutely ridiculous I ordered a pizza and cinnamon rolls online. I called after placing my order to make sure the delivery guy had better instructions to get to our house as it's kind of hidden. First the guy that answered the phone spoke in broken English. Which told me the guy didn't understand me as much as I didn't understand him. I was totally patient and repeated myself several times and asked him to repeat himself as well. I was told first their delivery driver had gone home and I would have to pick up my order. No sweat I sent my husband to get the pizza. Long story short our order had been cancelled and they had locked the doors and we're closing the restaurant even though I had made my order before closing and told them I was on my way several times. Needless to say I had a bunch of ticked off hungry kids and the people who would have served us our to go order missed out on a fat tip for hooking us up close to closing. Cereal it was for the night and by the looks at past reviews we were better off eating cereal and I saved quite a bit of money as well."
