"I drive back and forth from GA to FL and have stopped here numerous times! I have tried my best to keep giving it a try, but it is absolutely the WORST chick fil a I have EVER been to! I have NEVER gotten a fresh sandwich or fries… NEVER! Soggy mess on both! I will wait until Columbus now! I am done with this location!"
"We frequent CFA locations quite often. This has to be the WORST location possible. Customer service was horrendous. Chicken was burnt in both sandwich and nuggets. Husband tried returning and was told it was just old grease. "It will taste the same. It just looks dark. We don't change out our grease until tomorrow." Unacceptable!"
"We ordered the #4, which included 3 chicken strips. My husband knew immediately that the order was wrong and told them. We repeated what we ordered and it was fixed by the time we got to the window. We were greeted by a woman who was smiling and seemed more mature than the young lady who took our order. I'm not sure if she was the manager but she handed us the corrected order and made everything seamless."
"If i had eaten inside instead of using the drive through, i would have returned this. The portion size on the sausage bowl today was ridiculously small. Eufaula Chick-fil-a should be embarrassed."
