McDonald's 1250 South Eufaula Avenue, Eufaula, AL 36027

"Arrived an hour prior to posted closing times. Greeted with a locked door. Thought it was a mistake and walked through an open door on the oppposite side. They claimed to lock their doors to the lobby an hour early because they "didn't have enough people to cover," however they let three people clock put as I was waiting patiently to have my order taken. Food was as expected and saved them for a three star, but service is a bit to be desired and overall rating deserves a 2."

"Do NOT stop here. Go anywhere else but here. Laziest bunch of people. Instead of delivering the food curbside, they bump orders and leave you sitting outside. Don’t ask for help as they all look at you as if you were speaking Japanese. They get mad when you have an attitude but they’ll never take the responsibility of POOR POOR service. Sick an tired of companies taking out money and not providing the minimal amount of service. We really need to start boycotting BILLION dollar companies that do not appreciate us. It’s time consumers stop allowing these companies to steal our money."

"I ordered the fish meal. Guess what? They miss the MAIN ingredient that goes on the sandwich. Without it, it’s not worth eating. Also the cashier was rude!! She walked up to take the order and just looked at us. Didn’t say ONE word!!! They are rude!!! Are they trained to be rude! Because ALMOST every McDonald’s I go to is like this. The Eufaula location just seems to be worse!! Just close the doors!! I guess I need to learn not to look forward to my meal when I eat there. "Never have given a fast food place 5 stars but this deserved it! Why? Exceptionally clean All kiosks working Food prepared quickly All good prepared as ordered Salad was awesome Bathrooms were large, stocked, and clean This was our first time coming this way to our destination in Florida. I had resigned myself to just stopping at McDonald's for a quick bite. What a surprise to find a place that was comfortable, clean, and the staff takes their time to make the food well!"
