"Went to the store in Lake Eufaula today, worst salad I have ever gotten at Subway! Looks like it was put in a blender! The girl making it was a great ball of fire! No people skills what so ever!"

"Server argued with me when I refused the sandwich she was preparing, after she removed most of the meat, stating the other server put too much meat on it. Then wiped the meat off the bread & put the bread back to be re-used."

"Wow, the audacity. My attempt at a simple lunch thwarted by inadequate service and dissimal attention to the broadest of details. The bread I initially selected was yet to be prepared, though another customer commented on their wait time for the same bread. The topping selection was colorful, however the "ripeness" of the selection was questionable. Now, as amendable as I belive that I am, after settling for the avaible selections the employee assisting me had clearly become irritable and hurried me through checkout. One customer, during this visit, was overcharged. The tea was emptied for the extent of my time at the restaurant. The bread still wasnt "done" by the time I had left. The drink cooler wasn't cooling. Limited toppings?!?"

"Got to be the most disrespectful subway i have ever been to was lied to and almost over charged. the service was terrible the maintenance was disgusting! Out of bread, no tea was attempted to be made, and the soda shoots out at you..Needs new staff to better serve subway name"

"Last night at our intown Subway, they were out of bread until around 7 pm. I'm there at 5 pm and not waiting. Sometimes, I don't know what type of service I will receive. You might get the best service, and it's a great experience. But most times, it's either they don't have items you want with an attitude, and other times, they are so new and don't know what they're doing and will argue with you. When you have coupons, some argue about what you can get, and others work so well and want to please the customers. Their turnover is very high. Good workers do not stay because of management. We love Subway, but I hesitate to go when I think of what service we'll receive and products are available. This is based on our last 5 visits."
