"Had to travel down to Eufaula for a tragic matter. I wanted to stay at a Hilton property. They had parking in front for Diamond members. Rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was a vast and had real food. My personal conceige Keyshaunda was soooo helpful the entire time! I definitely encourage anyone visiting Eufaula to stay here. It was worth the price."

"Beds were a bit harder than other Hampton we have stayed in. The towels were scratchy , not soft and fluffy like other Hampton! However, the staff was outstanding, polite, kind, very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was delicious and the cooks were so kind and friendly! The rooms and building were clean and smelled nice! The reason I gave 4 was the bed being a bit hard and towels were scratchy! Everything else was outstanding!"

"Room was a little small for a suite , no microwave either or blow dryer available in room . We stayed 4 days and had to ask for towels on the second day .They only put one set in the room and stated they only cleaned the room every two days , towels had to be requested at front desk for pick up ."

"Great location just out of the business district snd extremely easy in and out access. Plenty of choices of dining all located less than a mile or so. Modern facilities, clean l, comfortable and quiet."

"UPDATE: The desk clerk called a few minutes ago and said that we have to ASK for a microwave and that she could bring one right up. It was here in two minutes!!! She said the two desk clerks when we checked in are brand new. So, I'm glad we can heat / re-heat our meals! Happy guest! :) The room was marvelous, but we were so surprised - and disappointed - that NO MICROWAVE was in the room. What a HUGE DISSERVICE. The two ladies at the front desk said that we could use the one around from their front desk, but who wants to do that? Is this a new thing with the Hampton Inn chain?, or is this just at this particular location (Eufaula, Alabama)? We were evacuees from hurricane areas, so to not have a microwave was UNACCEPTABLE. We brought and bought food with the express purpose of using the microwave, as we are staying here for almost a week."
